This Act regulates the criteria and procedure for the application of strategic investment projects, process evaluation, selection, preparation and implementation of strategic projects, the disposal of real estate owned by the Republic of Croatia for the implementation of strategic projects, granting concessions related to the implementation of strategic projects and the issuance of administrative acts relating to the implementation of strategic projects.
